As an author whose dream it was to write stories for a living, I cannot stress enough the importance of a reader. You are what keeps us going when confidence is low, when deadlines come screaming and when the words may elude us. You are the anchor we need to keep us grounded, knowing that you care about our stories. Because without you, a story is just a story untold. For there is no greater gift to an author than that of a fan. Someone who finds pleasure in our words and holds them there forever as a memory.
